Orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours Monday to Friday. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
If for any reason you do not receive your order, please note we will only consider claims for lost items 30 days after the latest due date for UK orders and 45 days after the latest due date for non UK orders. After this period we will send a replacement order.
Please be aware during holiday season such as Christmas and New Years, Royal Mail delivery tends to take longer than usual.

United Kingdom (Mainland): Royal Mail, 3 - 4 working days
United Kingdom (Mainland): Courier, next working day (orders received before 1pm)
Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man: Airmail, 3-5 working days
USA: Airmail 5-7 working days
Rest of World (excluding EU countries): Airmail 5-10 working days
Prices displayed on our website include UK VAT calculated at 20%. If you are ordering outside of the UK, VAT will be removed automatically during checkout.
You can redeem your points to get a discount against products bought. Make sure you are logged in, then you will see in your basket under the delivery info the number of points you have earned (you must have a minimum of 50 to be able to redeem them). There is a button labelled ‘REDEEM POINTS’ which will deduct the value of the discount from your basket of products.
